Regional Director, Real Estate Development activities – Méditerranée
Geneviève Langlois began her career in 1988 at Bouygues Immobilier Paris, as manager for housing programmes. In 1991, she joined Coprim, to oversee mixed office-housing-hotel operations. Subsequently, she worked for Locindus in 1997, with responsibility for the deconsolidation of real estate financing. In 1999, she became head of the legal and financial arrangements and public-private partnerships unit within the general department of financial engineering at Bouygues Construction. Two years later, she took part in creating Bouygues subsidiary for property schemes in Belgium and became Deputy Director of Cirmad Belgium with, in her scope, responsibility for PPP projects. Following a move, she became Deputy Director of Cirmad Grand Sud in 2004.
In 2007, Geneviève Langlois joined Groupe Duval as Director of Real Estate Development activities – Méditerranée.
Furthermore, Geneviève Langlois is a graduate of Sciences Po Aix and holds a DEA in Public Law.
