COMMITTED TO RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT

The Odalys Group specialises in developing apartments you could live in, à la carte services, accommodation that fits in with its surroundings and a personalised welcome. It adheres fully to the SNRT tourist charter.

It has a cross-functional approach to services, combining promotion of accommodation on the market, facility management and asset administration for its clients (investors and holidaymakers). The Odalys Group does not own assets, but leases and manages them for between 9 and 11 years on behalf of private individuals, companies and local authorities. in China.

By partnering with Odalys, Hywin Financial Holding Group Co LTD will benefit from the former’s business experience and expertise in developing, marketing and managing holiday accommodation. Both groups share the ambition of developing a holiday rental model tailored to the specific expectations of the Chinese market, with a focus on the concept of service. This new residential product will enhance Odalys’ already diversified portfolio, which could also be extended to other markets.
